Job Title: Travel Administrator
Salary: £20-23,000 per annum + Benefits
My client is looking for an experienced Travel Administrator or an Administrator with a passion for Travel to join their Award-winning company based in Tunbridge Wells.
- Accurately undertaking the administration across all travel bookings
- Providing clients with accurate booking confirmations, and other supporting documents needed for their trip
- Responding to any client queries
- Ensuring high client retention and customer satisfaction rating
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in the travel sector/Passion for travel
- Good time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer savvy
