TRANSPORT OFFICE ASSISTANT - WITH CLASS 1 LICENCE
Are you a HGV / Class 1 Driver looking to experience life on the other side of the desk?
XP Recruitment is seeking an ambitious candidate to join our client's team as a Transport Clerk.
Working out of the Kettering depot our client is looking for a candidate who will be providing excellent communication skills and confidence in a transport office environment.
Working Monday to Friday an evening shift rough times 17.00 to 02.00am - However this could be flexed for the right candidate.
The ideal client will be able to also help shunt trailers when required. (A valid Class 1 licence is required)
The role is a 3 month contract - However this could be extended with increased workloads.

Strong Organisation skills
Dealing with general enquires
Answer the phone to clients / drivers calling in the evening
Communicating with drivers who are out working
Ensure drivers download their cards when finishing their shift
Doing a handover for the AM staff
Pay / Assignment Rates
£14.00 Limited / Umbrella
