Our client is a 100 year old family business working in the heart of London's key Fresh Produce markets. A highly respected multi-site wholesaler with long established partnerships with many of the UK's leading produce growers supplying a vast array of wholesale customers across the city of London and further afield.
Due to on-going success there is now a vacancy for a Technical & HSE Manager.
You must be able to demonstrate the following :
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to pro-actively manage product quality
• An ability to work at senior level cross functionally
• Hands on experience of BRC and SALSA, preferably having led and completed audits
• Experience of managing supplier records and documentation in order to establish full traceability and due diligence
• Managing Health & Safety within low-care food environments
