A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a perm contract on behalf of our client based in Waltham Cross.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Report on warehouse activities, performance, and issues to upper management
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations.
- Troubleshoot problems related to orders, inventory, or equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm
