Job purpose:
The Team Leader will report to the Registered Manager
Person Specification for a Team Leader
Level 3 Diploma in Social Care.
Experience in residential care or a directly related field.
Understanding of a variety of different therapeutic models.
Experience dealing with Children dealing with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
Have appropriate knowledge and experience of residential care.
