MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:
My client are an international company who have big ambitions for their future and we will need to grow their Talent team in order to achieve them. Talent is critical to fuelling this growth, and we're on the lookout for someone who take a lead in helping recruit, train and retain bright talent, now and in the future.
You will be responsible for recruiting talent effectively, hitting headcount targets and bringing new recruitment consultants into the business across the UK, Dubai and APAC in support of the Senior Leadership team. This will involve everything from initial contact to on-boarding and 30 day review and include active R2R interaction and management.
You are an experienced recruiter, ideally with knowledge in the Technology sector and international experience of at least a global outlook on life! You may be looking for an international opportunity with a well-established and progressive consultancy who are looking to scale both headcount and performance.
The important thing is for you to want to make a difference and own the Talent objectives for this specialist firm who are part of a bigger recruitment group..
Full mentoring is provided to ensure that you are given every form of support in this role, from CEO to Sales Leaders including external support.
- Have experience of the full recruitment sales lifecycle
- Experience of sourcing, interviewing and hiring graduates and experienced recruiters
- Previous recruitment experience (In-house or Agency)
- Previous experience in a target led environment
