This stylish boutique hotel caters for one of Kent s finest restaurants, serving exquisite modern European cuisine, a champagne bar and private dining.Currently they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef with the day to day running of the fine dining restaurant. They prepare fresh, seasonal menus and everything is made in house using the finest, local produce.
Ideally, they are looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience at AA Rosette level and a real passion and desire to take the restaurant forward. It is a hands-on role, and the candidate will need to be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire the team to get the best from them.
