Our client is a PLC Developer who produces a diverse selection of mixed-use schemes. They currently have an opportunity for a Site Sales Manager to manage a team of sales professionals, on site, in East Berkshire.
The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling the sales process and providing full management backup to the Sales Director. You'll be expected achieve targets and objectives within specified timescales and budgets with maximum profit through management performance of the site- sales team.
Suitable applicants will be confident in communicating with all internal department in addition to external customers including; Solicitors, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors and most importantly Homebuyers. You'll be a self-motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with a proven track record of managing successful new-homes sales teams. You'll lead by example through demonstrating excellent influencing and negotiating skills coupled with active listening techniques.
Applicants who will be considered would already be performing this role or a New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator doing the role but without the title. Alternatively, you may be a New Homes Sales Manager looking for a better work/life balance or a Branch Manager with an Estate Agency background.
