Our client is building luxury holiday cabins and flats in Fort William and the surrounding area.
They are looking for a Site Manager who can work between two or three projects ensuring that the construction works are progressing to the programme and desired quality and to the satisfaction of a demanding client.
Candidates need to have a can do attitude with the ability to drive the project to overcome potential problems and ensure they meet the handover date. You also must hold a SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS. You also need to have a driving licence and car to travel between the sites.
They are looking for someone with similar project experience.
Handover for these projects is March 2021 but they are due to start more contracts for this client in the new year so the assignment would likely be extended or could become a permanent role.
