Service Engineer required. My client specialise in the service, hire and sale of ground care equipment across Scotland. Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their service team with a Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will be qualified in an electrical / mechanical based discipline and have experience maintaining ground care equipment. Candidates from other relevant industries also considered. You will also be based within commutable distance of Glasgow.
Service Engineer Position Overview
Undertaking service, repair and ppm's on ground care equipment
Performing fault finding, diagnosis and rectification
Maintaining hydraulic systems and diesel engines
Travelling across Glasgow to provide mobile service
Liaising with Service Manager to plan maintenance schedule
Discussing technical needs and possible equipment upgrades with customers
Service Engineer Position Requirements
Ideally qualified or time-served in mechanical / electrical discipline.
Equivalent work experience within ground care equipment maintenance, or experience maintaining hydraulic / diesel systems also considered
Able to work well on your own and within a team
UK Driving Licence
Based within commutable distance of Glasgow
