About The Role
PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Senior DC Surveyor to join our progressive Dimensional Control team based in Aberdeen on a long term basis.
These duties will involve:
- Compile survey specific method statements, risk assessments and job hazard analysis reviews
- Evaluate client requirements and recommend bespoke survey solutions and deliverables
- Provide reporting criteria offshore
- Tailor reporting deliverables to meet the client requirements
- Reverse engineer point cloud data to merge together data sources from vendors
- Extract Tie Point details from point cloud data to aid design process
- Maintain accurate survey tracker ensuring available resources can be identified promptly
- Maintain record of equipment calibrations, ensuring equipment has traceable certification
- Arrange recalibration of equipment as required
- Update client equipment delivery inspection requirements
- Arrange equipment 3rd party inspections where necessary
- Generate survey records as per Company p rocedure
About You
This position would be well suited to an individual with some existing Senior DC Surveyor experience.
The successful candidate would ideally have the following skills and attributes:

HND or equivalent in an appropriate discipline or extensive proven experience

Demonstrable experience in the use of surveying equipment

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Reasonable dexterity in the use of Software packages including Autodesk and MS Office

Survival BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS
