What you will be doing?

This role is subject to interim?Inner-London 'cost-of-living' bonus payment scheme

An additional £1200.00 payment over 12-months (pro rata) paid monthly as a taxable benefit, subject to review.

As Senior Administrator for London based services you will manage and co-oridnate the administrative functions across multiple sites within the region. Services within the London region currently include:

  • HMP Wormwood Scrubs
  • HMP Brixton
  • Heathrow IRC

You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and effectiveness of the administrative functions. You will provide leadership and line management to individual administrators based in each service working collaboratively with service managers and the wider integrated substance misuse teams.

This role will be hybrid requiring you to work both on site and remotely depending on needs of services, therefore travel across the region will be required. The post holder should be prepared to work under remote management and have the ability to work under their own initiative. The role will require you to be dynamic and flexible to ensure key deadlines and data submission are met for each service.

You will be responsible for contributing and monitoring the targets set by Forward, supporting managers with administrative tasks, recording meetings and diary management.

The purpose of this post is to ensure the smooth administration of the region, encompassing some secretarial duties, data entry collection, time management and monitoring systems and data quality. You will provide line management and supervision to a small team of administrators therefore leadership and interpersonal skills will be key.

What we are looking for?

  • A minimum of nine months experience of providing administrative support within a large team, demonstrating ability to work in a pressured environment.
  • Strong experience working with data surrounding drug and alcohol treatment - knowledge of NDTMS or other related Experience.
  • Experience and confidence in using SystmOne, Data Entry Tool (DET), DAMs and C-Nomis or equivalent systems.
  • An intermediate certification or demonstrable experience in Microsoft packages.
