Our client a leading international services company are currently seeking a sales team leader to join this fast paced business selling contract services to businesses. Our client is looking for a sales closer who can lead by example.
The successful candidate will be leading and developing the inside sales team, encouraging productivity to achieve sales targets, this is also a Great opportunity for an experienced Salesperson looking to take their first step into management.
Responsibilities will include
* Working with the telesales team, motivating them to achieve individual and team KPI's, identifying areas for development and improvement
* Leading the team through training, call monitoring, performance reviews and encouraging personal development •
* Making outbound warm calls to progress incoming sales enquiries
* Providing quotes and other relevant information to customers
* Working to personal target by and closing agreements
Experience you will ideally have proven outbound sales experience working within a sales environment , you will be positive, motivated and driven to achieve targets and have some sales experience ideally in a team leader/ manager role.
