We have partnered with a well established family run business in Leeds who are looking for a Sales Administrator to help assist their close knit team.Starting salary up to £21,000 depending upon experience.Duties and responsibilities- Tracking stock to completion and general house keeping tasks- Being fully adept with internal systems making sure everything is organised, prioritised and recorded- Achieve realistic and progressive KPI s agreed upon by yourself and management- Having a high knowledgebase surrounding the business and its products/services- Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries- Processing orders via company databases and systems by sourcing products for customersIdeal candidateThe company aspires to have a wide range of experience and backgrounds when hiring for this role, it is preferable that you have:- Proven background in Administration- At least 5 GCSEs, Grade C or above including Maths and English - Excellent IT skills- Organised and with the ability to hit deadlines- High level of written and verbal communication skillsWhats in it for you?- Competitive bonus structure- Free parking- Life insurance- Company pension- Casual dress- Employee discountsThe position would be 37.5hrs - 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday with weekend availabilityApply now to be put forward for an interview!
