Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary - Up to £30,000 (Depending on experience) Plus Commission

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join their growing team, based out of their vibrant office in a great part of central London. Their teams in China and Hong Kong meet clients in person and win new business for the London office to manage. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience as a renewal's negotiator. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. A professional approach, excellent communication, and an ability to work on your own initiative will be essential.

As a Renewals Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for their clients, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals. In addition to negotiating renewals and issuing renewal contracts, responsibilities will include negotiating any requested mid-term tenancy rent increases, agreeing and processing change of sharers.

This role requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned clients

• Proactively reach out to clients to discuss contract renewals and negotiate terms

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for renewals

• Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients

• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding renewals

• Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in our CRM system

• Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal discussions

Skills:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

The ideal candidate:

• ARLA Property Mark L3 qualified (or willing to study towards this)

• Previous use of Goodlord and Qube SLM desirable

The role:

• Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

• 31 days holiday, increasing with each year of service
