Amaryllis HR have partnered with a fast growing company in the education sector to hire a new HR Manager.

You will be responsible for up to 6 sites (all local to each other) and be responsible for streamlining them and supporting the leaders on site to effectively manage the HR process.

You will report into the Head of HR and work alongside other HR Managers in different regions, collaborating and supporting eachother, sharing ideas, and coming up with great ways to work the HR function. You will enjoy providing strategic advice and guidance on a range of HR topics, ensuring consistent implementation of the groups policies and procedures.

As the HR Manager for this region you will be responsible for a range of duties including overseeing the recruitment process (providing advice on recruitment strategies and effective talent attraction), onboarding and induction (supporting the Head of HR with effective onboarding processes), Employee Relations (providing directions, advice, guidance, and practical support to stakeholders), Payroll Support and Analysis Reporting (Working with the HR team to analyse, understand and share performance metrics to improve various functions)

This role is to work Monday to Friday (36 hours per week)

The ideal candidate for this role will have CIPD level 5, experience as Senior HR / Generalist HR / HR Management, experience of PAYE support, strong employment law knowledge and the ability to make decisions and build relationships.
