Recruitment & HR Assistant. Salary: £23k + Excellent benefits and career progression and training opportunities. Based in Glossop with some flexibility around hybrid home working.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & HR Assistant to join an award-winning and market leading supplier of rugs to the retail sector. This role is focussed on coordinating an effective in-house recruitment function whilst also providing general HR and payroll support to the business. We are keen to hear from candidates who are looking for a recruitment and HR role within a growing business that can offer a long-term career with opportunities for career growth and progression. Candidates will need to have experience in a similar role e.g. Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator or HR Administrator / Assistant type role.
Key Aspects of the role include:
Supporting Managers with an end-to-end service for the attraction, recruitment and selection of colleagues for all levels of roles in the business.
Provide in-house temps recruitment service for the Warehouse operation at peak times of the year
Regular review of recruitment methods and costs
Day 1 induction and oversight of the onboarding process
General HR Administration: New starter and leavers paperwork / Exit interviews / Facebook posts / Notice boards / Payroll admin support /Food supplies
Experience in a similar role e.g. Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant
Any experience of temporary recruitment would be advantageous.
