Your main duties will be: Sending jobs/ locations to operatives via their PDA Liaise with clients to ensure works booked in Managing the Operatives diaries/calendars Escalating concerns to managers Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures Logging calls and requests on IT systems Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedureFor this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
