Both in and out of the context of Covid-19, this is a very eclectic LSA role combining elements of Special, Emotional and Mental Health, combined with Autism, Learning Difficulties and a range of subjects incorporated into the student's learning. If you are a Psychology Graduate for example and you are looking to have a career in Mental Health Support, this will give you a broad range of experiences.

With the current context, have your objectives changed? This LSA role is set in a specialist Autistic provision with a wide range of need and cognitive ability

Mental Health Support LSA Oxford role will allow you to raise attainment with an autistic student who has ADHD and hasn't been in education for some time.

This Mental Health Support LSA Oxford role could be ideal for you if you are interested in learning more about the integration of students with severe learners into the mainstream and giving them a purpose with their studies. This is about setting up young learners with a trade that they can take into the outside world while aiding them with their anxiety and Autism. It will take time to develop a long lasting relationship
