Primary Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant - Barnsley

Milk Education are seeking to appoint a dedicated Primary TA/LSA on a long-term basis starting September 2022 running until July 2023, with the possibility of extension. The role is suitable for both fully qualified teaching assistants and candidates with childcare experience who are keen on working in the education sector.

Required Skills:

  • Hold a teaching assistant qualification or childcare experience
  • Have strong behaviour management skills
  • Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning
  • Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be an inspirational TA/LSA, who demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and keeps children at the heart of learning and teaching
