Envision Education are seeking driven Learning Support Assistants to support pupils ages 4-19 with Autism and Additional Needs at a forward-thinking, inclusive Special School. The right candidate will have solid experience supporting pupils in UK schools, ideally with SEN experience.

Provide the best quality support to pupils ages between 4 and 19 with Autism and Additional Needs
Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff
Use a wide range of techniques to keep pupilsengaged and motivated
Observe and monitor pupils' behaviour and progress
Source and adapt learning resources
Accompany pupils to therapy sessions as needed
Look for and de-escalate challenging behaviorRequirements:
Previous experience supporting children in the UK
Ability to manage challenging behaviour
Previous experience working with pupils with SEN
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Highly organised and efficient
Local or able to commute to Radlett
Flexible and adaptable approach to the classroom
Excellent working knowledge of Autism and strategies to support Autistic pupilsBenefits:
