Internal Account Manager- FMCG
Job Type: Contract (6 months + Hybrid)
Salary: £34,400 - £43,000
Hours of Work: 7.25hrs per day (36.25hrs per week)
We have partnered with a market leading manufacturing of consumer goods to find an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join the team on a contract basis for 6 months. In order for candidates to be successful in the application process for this role, they must meet the following requirements:
Responsibilities / Key Deliverables
*Relationship development of the Customer Commercial and Supply Chain contacts.
*Understand the total Customer Operations Process and how the different elements fit together to deliver both Supply Chain and Commercial aspects of the Customer experience. Take accountability for the total experience.
*Drives Improvement in Customer experience metrics (Dispatch Rate, Overdue payments, Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Invoice Accuracy, On Shelf Availability, Claims Completion Times, number of escalations and time spent on escalations, Trade Terms compliance,)
*Business Partner to Customer Development, delivering aligned messages to the Customer so as to build confidence and trust.
*Understanding the Customer requirements (Strategy, Structure, Culture, Targets, Operating Standards, Processes), be the voice of the Customer internally.
*Be the face of Unilever to our Customers for Commercial and Supply Chain operational and strategic matters
*Work as part of the extended Customer team, seeking to promote excellent team working as a means of delivering an outstanding Customer experience.
*Ensure Customer insight is fed into the forecast process, working in partnership with CD to achieve this. Driving an improving trend in the Customer Level Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
*Understand the Customer P&L, how pricing and discounts are structured, and seek to drive a right first-time approach, helping Unilever to become easy to do business within the eyes of our Customers.
*Providing operational insight and support to ensure an efficient order to cash cycle is maintained- including capturing, processing, fulfilling, and invoicing all orders and deliveries within our trade terms guidelines. Knowledge of financial processes of accruals and rebates.
*Resolve escalated operational issues internally and with Customer
