We are actively recruiting individuals with either some prior experience of working as an IFA Administrator or a fresh graduate with a degree in financial services, economics or a similar finance related degree. We have a number of openings for both graduate and experienced individuals interested in developing a career in wealth management. We have recruited staff for this firm for a for over 5 years and they have proven to be a conscientious employer, that not only offers a comfortable place of work, but actively encourages and pays for further education and development whilst employed. The role will involve working alongside Paraplanners and Independent Financial advisors (IFAs) and involve carrying out the important work of administering applications and documentation associated with managing client s wealth and estates. You will be interacting with clients and external service providers on a daily basis. If you have previous experience in a similar role, ideally you will have already taken some steps towards starting or completing your diploma in Financial Planning, although any outstanding education required will be encouraged and paid for (and you will be given time during work to apply to continued learning and development.)
This company takes the opinion that their IFA administrators that they hire today will be their company s IFAs and Paraplanners of the future and as a result, they offer clear defined career paths in these areas, and will support your growth as you work and develop your experience and client facing skills within the business.
Work will be a mixture of being based at their new offices, with the added benefit of being able to work remotely on occasion as well (this can be negotiated at interview).
So if you are an experienced IFA administrator with experience in the Wealth Management sector or you are a fresh graduate seeking for work with a company that offers real career prospects and development, please send a copy pf your CV to Ryan Wootten at Financial Divisions.
