A global educational institutional are recruiting a HR Officer/Manager in their London campus to ensure the effective delivery of HR services to their London office whilst also having involvement in HR matters for their Paris campus too.
This position serves not only as client account manager to ensure the effective delivery of a full range and scope of human resource services but also serves as a trusted advisor on sensitive and/or critical issues that pertain to people and related matters such as:
Organizational and workforce planning, job design, and change management
Performance and career planning management
Compensation and pay strategies
Employee coaching and development strategies
Guidance on collective bargaining agreements and other legal and policy considerationsThis individual is required to speak both fluent English and French and have a broad understanding and skill in all areas of HR. This role will be guided and supported by the Global HR Business partner with options to work on a Hybrid working basis
