HR Advisor job for a Charity located in Brighton for a 12 month FTC.
Your new company
Our charity client is currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their HR team for a duration of 12 months. You will be based in central Brighton, just a short walk from the train station and situated within an open plan office, reporting to the HR Manager.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will manage and coordinate all case management activity within a designated area of responsibility. Responsible for providing proactive and comprehensive HR guidance and support to management in services. You will be working closely with the Head of HR, Regional HR business Partner and other colleagues across the HR team to deliver a responsive and high quality service to managers and staff. you will be providing HR advice and guidance to a range of Directors, managers and staff on a variety of HR issues, seeking to ensure that good employment practices are followed at all times.
You may be required to visit other sites in the south including London, Kent and Surrey.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need to experience as a HR Advisor with knowledge of employment law, TUPE and good HR practice. You must also be flexible to travel to other sites.
