The Commercial Team of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to work within their HR & Payroll Team.
To support the UK Head of HR and UK HR Business Partner in the provision of a first class service
For the right candidate, my client would consider full time (35 hours) or part time (25 hours)Role responsibilities
- Data Input and management of two outsourced systems - Processing of starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions of employment, overtime, attachment of earnings, adjustments etc - Sole Management of Time and Attendance System, creating new starter profiles and extraction of data for payroll purposes - Dealing with all employee queries with Time/Attendance and related systems - Liaise with all departments, divisions and colleagues to collate all relevant information data for input on a monthly basis in line with strict deadlines - Creating and Maintaining Personnel Records - Updating\maintaining HR and Payroll systems as and when required to ensure all data held is relevant, accurate and up to date - Diarise and co-ordinate probationary reviews for all new starters - Management of all References (requesting and responding) - Absence Management: Be responsible for the process by ensuring HR are in receipt of fit notes and return to works and all absence is recorded on the relevant systems, bringing to the HRBP's attention any breaches to procedure, long term absence, high absenteeism and/or patterns of absence - Other Adhoc Tasks, such as Driving Licence Checks, Ordering Unifrom/business cards and responding to Fine/Penalty Charges
