As the HR Administrator you will be proactive, analytical and passionate about people! The business will provide you with all the tools to succeed and allow you to immerse yourself within a well-established function so you can soak up all the HR knowledge you could wish for! This position is an initial 12-month FTC however, there is a strong possibility of the becoming a permanent fixture within the business.

In this role you will:

  • Be passionate about HR with a hunger for development!
  • Provide support and guidance to employees Globally on all HR policies and procedures
  • Interact and assist the wider business areas such as payroll and reward
  • Have an analytical way of thinking and show your understanding for figures and what it means to the business
  • Have impeccable communication and relationship building skills
