Job Brief

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the maintenance department of and contribute to the department's growth. As an administrator you will provide key administration support for the whole of the Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for clients coming into the office and you will ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support Team Coordinators with a view to progressing to becoming a Team Coordinator in the future
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as required
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Perform other clerical duties
  • Logging reactive and maintenance jobs
  • Ordering and raising purchase orders for materials/ sub-contractors
  • Learning and understanding Job Logic system
  • Typing and submitting quotations
  • Engineer's timesheets
