Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge in a beautiful village in the Suffolk Countryside? My client is looking for a Head Chef to join their team to oversee the running of their award winning, prestigious Country Hotel and Restaurant.

As Head Chef, you will be given full autonomy on menus and food ideas and the owners would look to you to advise on costings, staffing and supplier requirements. You will have full responsibility for coaching, developing and mentoring your team, working with your senior kitchen team to produce a menu using 100% fresh food catering for a large range of clientele and cuisines.

What you'll get in return:

To be successful you will come from a busy fresh food background, ideally from a restaurant or hotel background & have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stock takes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen.
