Graduate/ Support Developer - 50% Remote

* Location: Leamington Spa

* Salary: up to £30k + Benefits

If you have a knowledge in C#, you may even be recently graduated in your computing degree or even better gaming degree. Having no actual work experience isn't a barrier either to this role, but you must be able to demonstrate examples of your work that you have done in your personal life. If this sound like you, then you might be reading about your new home…

It's taken 5 years but they've built something unique, a platform that has united the games industry and now they are looking to apply the same tech to break new ground and work in other industries.

The team is being built from the ground up by a manager we've known for a long time who has a string of successes behind him. For the past 5 years IT has been outsourced to consultancies but it's finally been brought in-house so you'd be entering a team at its ground level!

As for the role? Well, d'you remember that success I was talking about? That's led to some pretty substantial growth, and they need someone like you on board to turn their world domination plans up to 11.

With me so far?

This is a brand new role that they are looking for due to the growth in the business and they are looking for someone to be the "new face of tech support". An investigative knowledge is key as you will be the first link to the business offering support and will take the pressure of the lead developer investigating different issues that arise. You wont be expected to be Superman or Wonder woman as the case may be but you will have the opportunity to learn the system and fix bugs as you can, as well as building your knowledge from the lead developer.

They are a hands on bunch over there and you wont be left to swim with the sharks they are happy to pass on there knowledge and support you as you grow with the business. You will have the opportunity to learn on the job and play with queries as a way of learning the code and how they work, saying that if you have experience or knowledge with API's that would be a great advantage.

For you to have bags of enthusiasm and willingness to learn is more important than having sat in a support desk role for the last 5. What's better than being allowed to learn on the job and gain experience first hand from a great team.

A perk of the job is that you will have a set workspace in the office (no hot-desking) and that you will only be expected to be in the office 2days a week.

There's plenty more to talk about; the company, the role etc but if you like gist so far, shoot across your CV and I'd be happy to run through things and answer all your questions.
