InnoLas (UK) Ltd was established in 1997 and currently employs 8 people based in Rugby. We are a dedicated, approachable dynamic team with unrivalled experience. Our aim is to build strong long-term relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a successful future for the company and its employees.
We specialise in the design and manufacture of high power industrial laser sources and bespoke laser based industrial machines. They are committed to providing a market-leading, innovative and well-engineered range of equipment and services to the continually evolving laser processing industry.
This is a key role within a small and friendly company, as such the successful candidate will have a significant influence on decisions made at all levels.

Are you the right person for the job?
If you have the following, then the answer is yes!
* Recently obtained Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Computer literate - Microsoft Office + general database usage
* Experience using CAD for the production of electrical/mechanical drawings
* Experience of AutoCAD
* A level physics or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence
* Must live within 5 miles of Rugby
Your role as a Graduate Electrical Engineer will include, but won't be limited to
* To design electrical and electronic control circuits for machinery and equipment for the industrial laser industry
* Assist production of all supporting documentation including build drawings and technical documentation manuals (including installation, operation and maintenance manuals)
* Research and create initial design concepts
* To provide technical assistance within the company and to clients regarding laser machines and process support
