C S Storage is a family run limited company based in Preston Lancashire. We distribute Lockers and other office based solutions to businesses in the UK and abroad. C S Storage has been established for over 17 years with a solid foundation of repeat customers and a regular influx of new business.
As a General Administrator, you will be required to assist with setting up new customer accounts, run process reports daily, work with our CRM system to make sure orders are acknowledged from suppliers and that order confirmations are sent to clients. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and good work ethic. Full training and induction will be provided.
* Manage Acknowledgments and Confirmations
* Check Specifications on orders
* Assist with Credit Control when required
* Post out small items from the office
* Assist Sales Staff/Customer Services/Accounts when required
Desired Skills and Experience
* Basic CSV and Excel Skills are required
* Excellent Communication Skills are desired
* Photoshop, paint (image optimisation, resizing etc.)
* Microsoft Office
* Must be able to communicate clearly in fluent English with a range of people of different ages and abilities
* Must be capable of individual research and personal development
* Should have a good eye for detail
* Should have the ability to learn quickly
* Must be driven, passionate and keen to prove themselves
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. 35 hours per week.
