FLT DRIVER / STORES OPERATIVE
You will be working for Industria Personnel Services Ltd - Temporary position.
Founded in 1926, this family run business manufacturers and retails throughout the UK via its own high street locations and concessions within well-known high street furniture retailers.
Reporting to the Team Leader; the Production Operative will be responsible for producing the daily work to the allocated timescales and quality standards.
Key Objectives & Result Areas of our Fork Lift Truck Driver / Stores Operative:
Pick and pack of system driven products / components accurately and first time, keeping with in the pick / pack hourly rate with weights exposed to, and including 25KGs
Pick, pack and deliver accurately, required components to ensure that the manufacturing operations continue to work efficiently, enabling them to hit scheduled deadlines for the customer, with weights exposed to and including 25KGs and the movement of palletised products which could be a ton+
Responsible for the collation, distribution and storage of all products, on time and first time. Weights that you will be exposed to will be up to and including 25KGs, and palletised stock that will need MHE in some case
Ensuring 100% of all products are scanned into our system and located accurately with in a 24-hour cycle.
Adhere to and accurately complete timed product counts / cycle counts on a daily basis. Weights exposed to, and including 25KG's as well as the movement of palletised stock using MHE
Responsible for maintaining and management for own designated area.
Ensure that all assigned daily tasks are completed to the required standards.
Unloading and loading of vehicles, by hand or MHE exposed to, and up to 25KG's handballing
The ideal Fork Lift Truck Driver / Stores Operative candidate will:
Hold a current FLT Counterbalance Licence

The Successful Applicant will have/ be:
Warehouse and Stores experience
MHE licenses (Counterbalance)
Excellent work ethic, motivated and possess a good attitude to work.
