Salary £20K plus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an established Independent Financial Advisors in Norwich. This role is suitable for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator with a stable work history within pensions or investments.
Skills / Experience Required:
Experience within a financial planning practice
Knowledge of Pensions and Investments
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for details
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is a must as is attention to detail,
Providing administrative support to the team of financial advisors
Dealing with client and provider enquiries
Working with Pensions and Investments
Issuing and chasing letters of authority
Updating various systems
Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents to product providers
Administer and generate business related correspondence to clients, product providers etc.
Manage workflow, pipeline and diary entries to an efficient standard, in line with expectations.
Any other duties as requested by senior management.
