My client is a leading fintech company based in Victoria, and we're seeking a dynamic individual to join us on a temporary basis for a period of three months, with the potential for permanent conversion.

Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Senior Leadership team, managing their schedules and handling all incoming communication with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and prioritise meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary preparations are made and logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Profile

The successful Candidate will be:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, with a keen eye for formatting and presentation.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
  • Resilience, Autonomy, a proactive approach and being able to anticipate the needs of the CEO are absolutely integral to this role.
