Description
Key Responsibility:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Senior Leadership team, managing their schedules and handling all incoming communication with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate and prioritise meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary preparations are made and logistical arrangements are in place.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Profile
The successful Candidate will be:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools, with a keen eye for formatting and presentation.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
- Resilience, Autonomy, a proactive approach and being able to anticipate the needs of the CEO are absolutely integral to this role.
