Employment Agent - Glasgow Based WFH (Training and Gradbay in Office)
Location:Glasgow (Must be within 1 hour of our Glasgow Office)
Great shift rotation with only working one Saturday out of five!

The role will be permenant working from home after training and gradbay.
As an employment advisor you will be handling phone calls, emails and webchats from professionals in the medical industry.
This is an advice-giving role for a professional trade union where you will put our members' needs at the heart of everything you do. You will actively provide advice regarding contractual arrangements and entitlement as well as guidance within statutory employment law for employees within an NHS setting.
With strong attention to detail you will effectively manage your own cases while remaining compliant at all time to ensure our members are provided the best possible service.
