Gilbert Meher are working with a leading major not-for-profit provider of residential elderly care to recruit a Regional Manager to oversee a region of five luxury elderly care homes in North Yorkshire.
About the role
The role is to oversee the regulatory and commercial performance of the five luxury homes, directly manage the registered managers to ensure the highest quality of care is being provided to the residents and the level expected for high-end homes. You will ensure the homes are striving to achieve Outstanding in their CQC inspections, private occupancy remains high and the team are performing at their optimum level.
Salary on offer is £60-70k plus £6k car allowance.
• Senior elderly care professional with 5+ years' experience managing teams at a regional/multi-site level, preferably for a luxury private elderly care provider
• A consummate leader, skilled in people management, budget planning, business development and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive the business forward
• In-depth knowledge of CQC and LA requirements and delivering excellence
