Role: Design Administrator

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Location: Sheffield

The role:

Key areas of responsibility include-

Oversee approvals for products from concept through to production

* Responsible for taking each product produced from concept to approval

* Liaising with colleagues in order to get products approved as quickly as possible

* Managing approvals both online & through email

* Proofing products ready for production

* Chasing and organising amendments

* Handling pre-production samples and associated paperwork

* Updating approvals spreadsheets

Internal and External Communications

* Communicating with Sales Teams & Licensing Dept. to understand priorities

* Liaising & meeting with Licensors

* Communicating newly approved designs to Sales Teams

* Liaising with Stock & Royalty Manager to send titles to print

* Requesting artwork

* Present the bi-weekly design meeting presentation

* Update products and banners on the B2B website

* Handle the administration of manufacturers agreements with suppliers

The successful candidate:

Working within a fast moving environment and dealing with a wide variety of products the ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a team and possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Key Skills required:

* Excellent organisation and communication skills

* Eye for detail

* Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

* Working on own initiative & part of a team
