Data Entry - Directories Production
Start - Monday 27th June

Full time - 35 hours
Wild are pleased to be working with a very well established business in Portsmouth, who due to an exciting period of growth, are looking for passionate candidates to join their team to support with their Quarterly Directories update Project.
This is a temp role for 6 weeks, the ideal candidate will preferably have no annual leave during this period. Full training will be provided.
The Role
From data provided from internal CRM system (Weboffice), place new members into the correct sold trade editions of the Directory (desktop publishing software) i.e Carpenters, plumbers etc
Add the template of a pre-approved directory advert to the correct directory edition
Add telephone number provided from our internal CRM system
Upload advert to members account on CRM system.Role will require high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to pick up tasks and action quickly
