A well-known, multinational company based in Maidenhead are looking for a Customer Support / Sales Support Administratorto join a friendly team.

If you have administration experience, dealing with businesses and experience processing orders, this role would be perfect for you.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week working from home).

Tasks & Duties:

All-round administration
Order processing
Assisting sales teams with collating and presenting pricing / market information
Responding to pricing queries
Setting up new accounts
Dealing with recontracts and cancellation queries from businesses
Day-to-day sales support
Assisting customers with queries
Handling contract queries from customers and sales teams
Liaising with clients and customers in a friendly, professional manner via phone and emailGeneral Requirements:

Knowledge of Oracle / E1 is desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Personable nature both internally and with external customers
Good time management skills are essential
