I am recruiting a Customer Success Associate to join a market-leading software business, based in Manchester City Centre, as they enter an exciting period of growth. The role is paying between a basic salary of GBP25000, plus a GBP5000 bonus, and offers a great benefits package which includes 25 days holidays, a hybrid work model and lots of upward progression opportunities.

What will you be doing as a Customer Success Associate?
Be responsible for a group of accounts, acting as the single point of contract for any escalations
Reduce customer churn by escalating any issues accordingly prior to becoming a retention problem and identifying accounts at risk
Ensure customers are utilising their systems and make aware of any new products and features
Managing customers renewals and retention of accounts
Collaborate with marketing team to provide continual customer education and awareness
Ensure customers are informed of any changes and improvements within the business

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a retentions based role
Experience in progressing customer issues through to resolution
Excellent customer service skills, with professional telephone manner
Passionate and personable nature
Honest style of communication
Transparent and clear in everything we do

What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Success Associate?
Salary: GBP25000 + GBP5000 bonus
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
