Following a period of training, you will join our friendly team on the telephones – resolving customer queries and making sure new policyholders get the cover that’s right for them. Using modern contact centre technologies, you will help to make sure our customers receive a simple, friendly and personalised experience. And don’t worry, there’s no cold calling.A few words about youTo thrive at Rothwell & Towler you need a certain mindset. One that never loses focus on the end customer. You will also have a good level of IT literacy, an eye for detail and fantastic listening and communication skills.
