Major Recruitment are working with an innovative property surveying compnay based in the Derbyshire area. We are looking for someone who has a strong customer service/administration background to join our very busy team based in Turnditch. We would also like someone who loves to work within a team and has a real want to work within an inclusive business that is all about their people. Property Partner position - £21k rising to £24k following a successful probation period Plus an uncapped Bonus which you can earn from Day 1.
The role involves contacting customers who have made an enquiry to have a survey conducted on a property. There is absolutely zero cold calling you are simply calling customers back to book in the survey they have requested and then booking this into the relevant surveyor's diary. This is a varied role and there are lots of different elements to this role however full training will be provided
Working hours
The working hours are between 8am until 8pm Mon - Thurs and 8am until 5pm on a Friday. You will only work until 8pm once a week unless covering annual leave which then would only potentially be twice a week. You will receive your rota 2 weeks in advance.
