The role demands a high attention to getting things right, The company will train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether in person, phone or email.
Experience in high end retail is advantageous but not required, but a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers is the essential.
The Customer Service Assistant will need to create friendly and respectful relationships with customers, staff and key accounts suppliers.
Responsible for meeting and greeting clients.
Build strong in store, email and phone based relationships with customers to aid and advise them
Follow up on leads generated and lead conversion
Following up quotes from manufactures, practitioners and recommenders
Processing orders using an internal computer system
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, plenty of initiative, and attention to detail
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
Good communication skills across all levels of business
Keen to learn and work within a friendly team
Able to act professionally at all times
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
