My Client is seeking to take on an experienced customer care co-ordinator for a 6 month contract with potential for the role to be made permanent.
The role will involve working closely with customers who may have any concerns or issues in their new home and require work to be carried out as part of the 2 year warranty covered by the developer.
This role requires a well organised people person who is able to listen, understand and solve problems.
Experience working for a developer in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
This is an office based role - Monday to Friday.
