My client is a Private Equity fund focused on investing in student accommodations and co-living across the UK. They are the fastest growing HMO fund in the UK, acquiring over the last twelve months 1,000+ beds in 9 of the highest-ranked UK university cities. Their aim is to provide investors with best-in- class returns while revolutionising the way students live together.
They are looking for a bright and highly motivated Administrator to join our dynamic team on our passionate journey to reinvent the future of co-living.
ROLE
The Administrator will directly support the Head of Finance & Head of Operations in regards to its duties, including the following:
Collecting and entering data in financial spreadsheets
Creating meeting agendas and extensive minute taking
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Filing and archiving various documents electronically and in filing cabinets
Providing administration support to the Finance & Operations functions
Organising travel, accommodation and internal events for staff
Handling staff expenses
Managing day-to-day office management tasks
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
University degree or equivilant
Work experience with similar responsibilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Ability to manage administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
