An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Assistant. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience in a similar role in particular, working within the telecommunications or utilities sectors.

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Head of Quality Compliance and the Quality Compliance Team, the purpose of this role comprises three main elements;
You will manage ISAC (Infrastructure Services Accrediation Centre) enquiries and plan accreditation requests for the whole team

Collate accreditation information and data in to reports suitable for internal and external stakeholders
Providing administration/coordination support for Quality Compliance activities and initiatives.

Typical Deliverables:

Manage new enquiries regarding document control.
Owning and controlling the quality management system for the Quality Compliance team ensuring all documentation is properly referenced and controlled.
Ensuring all accreditation master copies are stored securely in organised and referenced folder / filing system held on a secure drive
Create Microsoft forms version of assessment papersBusiness Operations Skills - Experience:

Data analysis and interpretation.
The ability to communicate at all levels and manage key stakeholder relationships

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

Excellent written and numeracy skills
Experience of Office 365
NVQ Business Administration or display equivalent in experience
