A great opportunity to join a Claims team within an Operational Support role - With day to day duties supporting the Controls Manager across Reporting, Designing Implementation and Testing of Claims Teams Controls as well as reviewing and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency with Implementing and embedding process change where required. You will also assist and support across the claims team with projects when required. Ideally you have a background from Insurance Operations - Claims area ideally (Within that Operational or Controls area.) A knowledge of Lloyd's and London market practices would be a benefit with good IT skills. You will be a team player who is keen to learn more about both Operations and Wider claims, confident with good people, process and organisational skills!
