Rare and highly rewarding opportunity for an expert Cell Biologist to join a world-leading scientific business!

Are you an accomplished scientist with experience delivering a broad range of cell biology solutions within an Academic/Industry setting? Are you able to motivate and direct a team; providing day to day direction and ongoing coaching?

Leading a small team of research scientists, you will plan and implement various investigations to optimise and standardise cell metrology in numerous diagnostic and therapeutic applications. You will undertake key decision making for the team on a day to day basis, ensuring projects are successfully delivered to the highest levels of quality within agreed timescales. You will call upon your broad experience of cell based assays to assist you with the teams research and provide guidance and training to team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A PhSDhhD in Cell Biology (or related) with >5 years' experience delivering R&D projects

* Excellent cell culture, differentiation & engineering skills

* Strong method development and validation skills

* Confident and motivational people and project manager

* Experience in Flow Cytometry, Microscopy and cellular imaging skills desirable
