Role: Business Partner Customer Service Advisor
Location: Northampton - we offer a mix of office and home working and flexible working options
Salary: To £23,000 dependent on experience, plus Bonus and Benefits

As our business continues to thrive, we now have a requirement for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to be based at our Contact Centre within Ricoh UKs Prestigious Head Offices in Northampton to provide customer service and support for all the Business Partner Customers.
What you will be doing...
To provide a customer service and support department for all the Business Partner Customers offering advice, information, order processing and query resolution in regards to sales orders
Understand the customers' requirements by maintaining good working relationships whilst ensuring excellent knowledge of relevant internal procedures, products and available services
Responsible for contributing towards an engaged workforce within the Supply Chain Operations team through promoting a positive work culture to meet the current and future needs of the business
Ensure resolution of sales orders related to the field of Operations to improve process efficiencies and customer satisfaction levels
You will ideally have...
Experience of end-to-end processes in a supply chain environment beneficial
Excellent customer Service skills
Conflict resolution capability with the ability to make decisions independently
Good analytical skills and PC literate
Ability to collate data and report findings
Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
